Wilson has over 34 years of experience as a production and maintenance engineer, he graduated from the Ho Technical University HTU Ghana in 1998. He started his Work career with GIHOC cannery company Ghana as a maintenance officer, He later joined Unilever TOPP Plantations Limited a foremost agricultural company in Ghana both in the areas of Production and Maintenance Engineering in a 40 Tons per hour mill. He benefited from a host of Unilever Management Training Programs. He Joined IMC Plantations Limited on 1st July 2019.
Wilson is married with four children
